Multicultural Marketing

Client:

NJFCU North Jersey Federal Credit Union - Medium Enterprise

The Concern

The Hispanic population with ITIN and no traditional forms of identification have to jump through many hoops to buy a house and lack trust since many of them have fallen into the hands of unscrupulous individuals who take advantage of their situation.

Our Tailored Plan and its Impact

Torozco developed and designed a multicultural marketing campaign for its Juntos Avanzamos designation. It started with an educational campaign on Latinx culture that invited the Hispanic Community to have a purpose behind buying their house and turning it into a home.

The designation allowed NJFCU to offer home loans. The successful marketing campaign allowed the credit union to launch its new ITIN lending program to its current clients in a reliable way that made them feel safe and taken care of in somewhat uncertain conditions.

This was complemented with a marketing strategy to attract new clients, thus increasing sales, new credit union members, and product cross-selling.

Just as we did with NJFCU, Torozco also develops all the tools for the campaigns, such as media design for print, brand, graphics, press releases for Hispanic media, marketing collateral, animated videos, and landing pages. Juntos Avanzamos became the most popular ITIN lending program in NJ.

CST: Culture Shift Team- Agency

The Concern

CST wanted to overcome the cultural and language barriers to communicate effectively with the Hispanic Community nationwide and explain the ins and outs of a clinical trial.

Our Tailored Plan and its Impact

The agency hired Torozco because of our knowledge, expertise, and close contact with the Latinx Community. We were chosen for the northern New Jersey area to help and guide to design collateral, create brand awareness, and prepare the outreach program. The campaigns educated and created awareness of different cultural levels of the Hispanic population with varying difficulties.
