Torozco is the RBAC’s marketing department. We create their quarterly marketing plan to boost brand awareness and maintain client retention. Also, we develop all their marketing tools such as quarterly newsletters, social media content, animated videos, graphic design, promotion campaigns and all printing needs.
We work on the creation and development of marketing strategies for RBAC’s eligible clients of their Technical Assistance Program. Each plan and strategy is designed to meet the needs of each business and lead them to achieve their immediate objectives. We have achieved great results with all the clients. One example is the integration of 3 brands into one. Coming up with that strategy and implementing through coaching within the team. Also, we created the new brand design and the campaigns to reach and attract clients, resulting in increased sales. The business owner was able to maximize productivity, reduce tasks and save money by managing all brands under one umbrella.
Torozco developed and designed a multicultural marketing campaign for its Juntos Avanzamos designation. The designation allowed NJFCU to offer home loans to the Hispanic population that didn’t have traditional forms of identification. The successful marketing campaign allowed the credit union to launch its new ITIN lending program to its current client with trust and loyalty. Also, we created a marketing strategy to attract new clients, and this resulted in increased sales, new credit union members and product cross-selling. Torozco also develops all the tools for the campaigns, such as media design for print, brand, graphics, press releases for Hispanic media, marketing collateral, animated videos and landing pages. Juntos Avanzamos became the most popular ITIN lending program in NJ.
